教授、博导。1981年7月毕业于中国科技大学物理系,获学士学位;2000年12月毕业于北京大学技术物理系,获博士学位;2003年4月北京大学博士后出站到9999js金沙老品牌理学院任教。


是中国电工技术学会电子束、离子束专业委员会副主任委员、教育部全国高等学校核工程类专业教学指导委员会委员、中国辐射防护学会科普与教育分会常务理事、中国辐射防护学会聚变辐射防护分会理事、校研究生教学督导组成员,全国民航“三八”红旗手、北航优秀主讲教师、优秀党务工作者、优秀班主任,中国电工技术学会优秀会员、全国高校第八届物理演示教学仪器评奖中获一等奖;指导创办科普志愿者协会,是优秀社团指导教师;“求是”党建工作坊指导教师,研究生获国际重要学术大会青年学者奖、国内专委会优秀论文奖等多项奖项。


从教34年,承担大学物理、大学物理实验、理论力学、核技术基础、核技术及应用、激光及应用等13门本科生和研究生理论与实验课程,近五年年均理论课时超200学时。负责筹建9999js金沙老品牌的核物理专业、 “核物理实验”与“核电子学实验”两个教学实验室;参与筹建9999js金沙老品牌物理科学与核能工程学院。


另从事粒子辐照效应理论与实验研究多年,参与多项国家自然科学基金及总装基金项目的研究,相关研究涉及核物理、核技术及应用、计算物理等领域,特别是脉冲功率技术、离子/电子加速技术、束流诊断与射线探测、高能密度粒子束辐照物理问题及应用技术等。主持包括自然基金、探索一代、外专局引智等纵、横项目二十余项,获得发明专利2项,主持教改3项。是“离子束表面改性方法新探索-脉冲化注入研究”、“强脉冲离子束的产生及其表面处理新技术”以及“高温合金热障涂层及抗氧化涂层制备中强脉冲离子束辐照新方法新工艺研究”等自然科学基金项目的主要成员之一;是国家自然科学基金面上项目“强脉冲离子束辐照固体表面热力学过程研究”、“涡轮发动机叶片的清洗与改性的新技术、新工艺及其特性研究”、“强流脉冲离子束辐照金属材料引发表层缺陷的产生机制”及其他相关项目等的项目主持人,目前作为项目主持人负责国家自然科学基金面上项目“脉冲荷能粒子束瞬态热驱动靶材表层微裂纹的机制研究”的研究,参加国家自然科学基金重点项目“高分辨率探测器系统的研发和一种奇特原子核质量的新型测量方法”的研究;参与了与西北核技术研究所合作进行了若干相关研究工作。发表论文百余篇,其中SCI论文97篇,教研论文/报告十余篇。先后前往日本、韩国、俄罗斯、法国、德国、比利时等等国家进行学术交流,与来自俄罗斯托木斯克理工大学、日本大阪大学、筑波大学白俄罗斯国立大学等建立了良好的合作关系,合作内容包括联合培养、联合实验室及合作研究等,主导引进多名高层次人才。
